Security is our priority and we adhere to our data protection policy, whilst ensuring all consignments leave us with extra packagaing where necessary, to protect delicate equipment so nobody's left frustrated with a bulb that rattles.

We will never badger you with unwanted emails, marketing material or calls (unless it's necessary for your order, of course). Our payment providers offer encryption and we do not store any card details.  If an order is taken over the phone, card details are immediately destroyed once the transaction has gone through.
