If the air in your grow room becomes too dry, your plants will lose more water than they can regain through their root system.

During the vegetative phase, you must maintain a relative humidity level between 50% and 70%.

Once the flowers set and fruit have started to form, a lower humidity is more desirable to help reduce the risk of disease – during both day and night 55-70% RH is sufficient.
