When do you aim to deliver the goods?
Our aim is to deliver your consignement within 2/3 working days (regional and heavy items will incur a surchage). In the event that we have run out of stock or there are delays, you will be contacted.
I need goods delivered to me tomorrow.... is that possible?
If you order before mid-day Monday - Thursday you can select the next day shipping option on checkout. There will be a small charge on the delivery cost to guarantee this.
I need goods posted outside mainland UK?
Postage and packaging prices are quoted for UK Mainland ONLY Deliveries to the Highlands, offshore Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge passed on by our courier. The following postcodes will incur a surcharge: AB31 - AB38, AB40 - AB56, IV1 - IV28, IV30 - IV32, IV30 - IV36, IV52 - IV54, IV63, KW1 - KW14, PA1 - PA99, PH4 - PH41, PH49 - PH50, BT, HS, IV41 - IV49, IV51, 55 & 56, KA27 - KA28, KW15 - KW17, PA20, PA41 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH42 - PH44, ZE, Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly.
We are not obliged to send any items at the quoted price for UK Mainland to any surcharged postcode. We will contact you to make you aware of any outstanding postage amount and will offer a few options on how to pay this additional amount.
Should the postage price be too high, customers can request a full refund, the refund will then be processed for you as soon as possible.
Which couriers do you use and say I'm not there when they call?
We reserve the right to use Royal Mail for smaller consignments, you will be automatically advised by email/text when the item has left our building. This can take up to a maximum of 5 working days, however delivery is usually effected much quicker.
There is an option for guaranteed next day delivery, providing your order has reached us before 1pm on the day prior to delivery. You will be kept informed by emails/texts to the email address/mobile number you have supplied us.
Larger consignments will be delivered by DPD or our own unmarked van, you will be advised prior to the goods leaving our depot. Our courier will if leave a maximum of two missed delivery cards. You will then have five days to make contact to arrange for the re-delivery.
Should a problem arise and you have not received the item on the estimated date, you will need to contact us within 48 hours so we can contact our courier to either: arrange the redelivery at your convenience, or, so all the relevant information can be sent to you so you can rearrange the delivery for the most convenient time to yourself.
If no contact is made with either us or the courier within 5 working days and the item is returned to us, we will offer a few options how to resolve the issue. Any items that are returned to us due to customers not making arrangements or contacting us to make the arrangements for them will incur a fee of £19.00. All customers are reminded that any item returned by courier will incur an additional £19.00 fee as well as the reposting costs. Your order will be held until this is paid. An invoice will be sent to your email to make payment for this.
Royal Mail will not accept an item is lost for 15 days, please contact us after this time for delivery queries.
We Can not refund or replace any items until Royal Mail officially confirm your item is lost, this takes 15 days as stated above.
Can I arrange for my goods to be delivered at a specific time?
Unfortunately, no. However, we will endeavour to adhere to your request buy in certain circumstances may only be able to advise you whether it will be a morning or afternoon delivery.
Will you deliver on a Saturday? or a Sunday?
You can choose this option on checkout. However, these are classed as exceptional delivery days and a charges in excess of £19.95 can be incurred at checkout, for this service.

My order is incorrect What should I do?
